How to Use:

Always roll upward & outward in one direction. Never roll back and forth.

Use the large end, roll from the center of your chest outward toward your shoulders.

Always start at the exact center of your chin, roll the large end outward and upward toward your ears.

Always place the roller beside your nose and roll outward across your cheekbones toward your temples.

Switch to the smaller end of your roller & gently roll outward from the inner corner of your under-eye to your temple. Then, roll outward along your brow bone.

Place the large end in the center of your forehead and roll outward toward your temples.

Roll upward from the top of your eyebrows directly to your hairline.
